About the Role:

The Office Manager will oversee all operational aspects of this growing business. From personnel management, scheduling & inspections to quality control, this position will play a major role in the continued success of the organization.

Key Role and Responsibilities:
Manage team leaders and staff members, conduct employee performance appraisals.
Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are in place and organized, filing systems are in place, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved in timey manner, and clerical/support functions are properly assigned and monitored.
Work with Senior management on implementing operation efficiencies.
Implement operational policies and procedures, conduct staff evaluations.
Develop Training programs for new employees and develop talent among team members
Post-secondary education preferably in business administration, communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
Customer focused with excellent relationship building skills.
Superior leadership skills and the ability to manage change effectively.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective people skills and able to work with different stakeholders including staff and clients.
Ability to build and work within a team environment.
